Yay! One of my favourite days of the year has arrived! You know it is all about the #chardcore with this lady!

Chardonnay just might be the most versatile wine grape on the planet! Depending on the winemaker’s decision, Chardonnay can be aged in oak, stainless steel or concrete vessels. Wines can be light and fruity, crisp with minerality or voluptuous and full. Chardonnay really is a blank canvas that can be crafted into so many styles.

Because of this, Chardonnay offers an array of aromas and flavours and something for absolutely everyone to enjoy. Join the Crush On This crew as we explore three Chardonnay wines made in very unique and different styles.

I chose Coolshanagh 2016 Chardonnay from the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley, B.C. From the moment I first tried Coolshanagh’s Chardonnay back in 2015, it has remained on my ‘top five Chardonnay’ list for British Columbia Chardonnay wines.

Cheers to #chardcore
