I feel so very fortunate that within four hours from my home, I can drive up to the Okanagan Valley and one of my favourite spots – Naramata Bench.

Last month, I had an opportunity to visit Singletree Winery and share a glass of wine with assistant winemaker, Kat D’Costa. Singletree has two locations – the other is Abbotsford in the Fraser Valley. Their Fraser Valley location is where the majority of their white grape varities are grown and I enjoy their Grüner Veltliner and Siegerrebe wines.
