When Ezra and Gabriel Cipes of Summerhill Pyramid Winery invited me for a visit, I knew I would have some great conversation and learn a thing or two!

Summerhill Pyramid Winery is a Certified B Corporation. Their wines and winemaking are certified organic, which allows them to display the organic logo on their bottles.

After an incredibly delicious lunch overlooking Okanagan Lake, Ezra, Gabe and I strolled through their certified Demeter biodynamic vineyards as I sipped on their Grüner Veltliner. When we came to the Grüner plot, Ezra got a bit of a twinkle in his eye.
