The famed winemaking Montes family of Chile are producing wines in Argentina now. They chose the Kaiken bird as the name and symbol of their new label as this bird regularly crosses the border from Chile to Argentina in its flight path.

After swirling and sipping three wines from Kaiken, Allison, Cindy and I are ready to travel to Argentina for more!

For my British Columbia readers, Kaiken Wines are currently on sale at the B.C. Liquor stores for $13.49! I am partial to the Cabernet Sauvignon and it made it onto my GGG Holiday Shopping List – The Reds.
